Lindsie Chrisley Says She Might Still Get Married As She Shares Strong Desire To Have Another Child
Lindsie Chrisley is taking a “never say never” approach to marriage after her separation from Will Campbell.
The TV personality spoke about marriage during her latest episode of The Southern tea podcast. In a discussion about whether or not she would get married again, she revealed that she probably would, even though she vowed not to ever formally get married in the future. “I’ve talked about not involving the government, like ever, in my relationship ever again. Although that’s a lie, I probably would get remarried,” she shared.
Lindsie and Will announced their separation in July 2021 after nine years of being married. “We maintain the greatest respect and love for one another, and we’re so grateful for our time together. We will continue to remain friends and be devoted parents to our son whom we both love very much,” a statement from Lindsie had read. The divorce was finalized in October 2021.
Now the Chrisley Knows Best alum revealed that she would consider marriage in the future if the right situation came along. She, however, added that her next try might not be the perfect and permanent choice. “I’m also a crazy person that… have you ever seen people who get married and then divorce, and then remarry and then get divorced again?” she noted, adding that that kind of situation could happen to her.
Lindsie, who shares a child Jackson with Will, shared that she would love to have another child. However, she believes that she does not have to be married to do that. Hence, the desire to have a child matters for her new relationships.
“I do think that, at this point, it’s a deal-breaker if I was with someone and they didn’t want another, [if] they had kids and didn’t want anymore, or they didn’t have kids and didn’t want any. I think that would be a deal-breaker to me,” she intimated.
The 33-year-old further shared that therapy helped her discover her strong desire to have another child, as her son is almost ten years old.
“I think it’s just because I’m at a different phase of my life than I was whenever I had Jackson. I think the experience would be totally different.”
The podcast host, who confirmed a new romance in September, concluded the discussion by wondering who she will have a baby with.
It remains unclear who the new man is as she did not reveal his name.
