Paige DeSorbo Freezing Her Eggs After Split From Craig Conover

Paige DeSorbo is taking control of her future. The Summer House star, 32, recently announced on her Giggly Squad podcast that she is moving forward with freezing her eggs, calling it a “security” that helps her feel more at ease. “It is like making me relax a little bit though, knowing that I’m doing it,” she shared with her best friend and cohost, Hannah Berner, 33. Her first appointment is already scheduled.

This decision comes shortly after Paige’s split from Craig Conover, 35, whom she dated for three years. On December 30, 2024, she confirmed on her podcast that they had decided to part ways but didn’t share a specific reason. “It’s weird, it’s very weird. I wasn’t expecting this,” she admitted. “Obviously, when we first started dating, you don’t think, ‘Oh, what will happen? Will we get married, will we not?’ You’re just kind of like, in this relationship.”

Despite their breakup, Paige still holds Craig in high regard. “I have so much love and respect for Craig,” she stated, adding, “I think he is one of the best people I have ever met in my entire life. I will remain the biggest fan of him and want the best for him and he truly will get the best because he is the best.” 

She added that their decision to separate felt right for both of them. “…It was just the right decision for both of us moving forward in our lives and the direction in our lives that we didn’t force.”

Craig also took steps to plan for the future while they were together. In a January 2 episode of Southern Charm, he told his friends Austen Kroll, 37, and Shep Rose, 45, that he had frozen his sperm. Since he and Paige had agreed to wait a few years before having kids, he wanted to be prepared. “I would be remiss to not say that becoming a dad is like, probably like, a… whatever it’s called when it has to happen in my future,” he explained.

Paige, who has polycystic ovary syndrome, is making her own choices now that she’s single. Freezing her eggs is one way she’s ensuring she can have children when the time is right. According to her, it was on her list of things to get done in January. And while her relationship with Craig may be over, she’s moving forward on her own.
