Taylor Lautner Marries His Longtime Girlfriend And They Now Share The Same Name!
Taylor Lautner, Twilight‘s infamous werewolf, is officially off the bachelor market. He and his longtime girlfriend Taylor Dome tied the knot at the lovely Epoch Estate Wines, just outside Paso Robles.
The wedding last Friday happened exactly one year after they got engaged. The lovely couple exchanged their vows in the natural landscape of the forthcoming sunset. About 100 guests, mostly their family and friends, shared the afternoon with them. The 30-year-old actor and his 24-year-old wife looked smitten with each other as they shared their first kiss as husband and wife.
The two were pictured waiting between takes as their hired photography team took snapshots of their wedding. Taylor Dome was gorgeous and looked every inch a blushing bride in her white gown with lace. Her wedding veil was clipped securely to her blonde hair that hung loosely around her shoulders.
On the other hand, Lautner looked dapper in his black tuxedo, and his emotions were visible as he escorted his wife around their wedding venue. It was a day of pure and simple joy, and the love between the two was apparent among their wedding guests.
The couple first met in 2018 when they were introduced to one another, and they started officially dating that very same year. To make things official, they announced their relationship on Instagram in 2018.
Over the following years, their relationship deepened and was hardly associated with gossip and controversy. They were spotted on several outings together but kept their relationship as private as possible.
Taylor’s most notable movie character was Jacob Black, the werewolf in Twilight‘s vampire series. He was also known for being involved in Hollywood’s promising and hottest celebrities. Taylor had a short-lived relationship with Taylor Swift in 2009, his co-star in Valentine’s Day.
Then he also dated Billie Lourd, Marie Avgeropoulos, and Lily Collins. He met all of these ladies, in one way or another, on an active production that he was working on.
Fast forward to his happily ever after, The Cuckoo star arrived at the venue of his nuptials dressed casually in a fur-collared black jacket and dark gray pants. He arrived with a friend and unpacked some things from his car—most likely essentials for the wedding.
As for Taylor, the bride, she kept her bridesmaid dresses well-coordinated, following a forest green color motif. The ladies wore different gowns in varying styles, and they all looked beautiful and happy to be part of the wedding. Despite the different dresses, they could each showcase their style and individuality.
The new Mrs. Lautner and her bridal party carried bouquets of white roses for the ceremony.
Last August, Taylor revealed in a comical interview that once his fiancée took on his last name, they’d have the same name and spelling. Taylor laughed because of how complicated name-calling would be.
He then joked that the two of them would be the same person after the nuptials. But to help make it less complicated for their friends, they’d started adapting to being called “Boy Tay” and “Girl Tay.”
