Trouble In Paradise? Disheveled Britney Spears Seen Without Her Wedding Ring
Britney Spears was observed sans her wedding ring last Tuesday amidst reports that she and Sam Asghari, her husband of 10 months, are going through difficult times in their marriage.
The 41-year-old pop star looked disheveled and worse for wear as she exited an SUV’s backseat and descended a private jet in Los Angeles. Britney has been having a grand time in Hawaii with Cade Hudson, her longtime manager. The performer has diligently shown off her vacation on Instagram for the past few days.
Britney and her husband, 28-year-old Sam, got married in June 2022. This was after five years of going out exclusively and a year after they announced their engagement.
A few days before Britney left Los Angeles, on Thursday, March 30, Sam reportedly abandoned his wedding band while on an errand around the couple’s Thousand Oaks residence.
Britney kept it relaxed and casual when leaving for her travels by layering her clothes, and on one hand, she held a teddy bear. Britney’s escape from Los Angeles comes after recent scrutiny on her marriage and amidst rumors that their relationship is on the rocks.
Recall that last month, Britney posted a post about the good times she had before her third marriage on social media. This raised plenty of eyebrows because the video clip showed her and Sam in Mexico and the singer’s emphasis on being happy during the trip before their lavish wedding.
She captioned the video, “Throwback to Mexico… before I got married … so happy and silly here!!!”
Many fans and followers questioned Britney’s state of happiness now, asking her if she is no longer happy now. Another Instagram user commented, “She’s obviously not happy now, but that also makes me say…the marriage still seems shammy.”
Britney and Sam’s wedding was a star-studded event where A-list celebrities and influencers like Madonna, Paris Hilton, Selena Gomez, and Drew Barrymore were in attendance. The wedding was held at Britney’s home.
Britney’s estranged family, including her parents Jamie Spears and Lynne Spears, were not invited to the celebration. This is the Hit Me Baby hitmaker’s third marriage, and it comes 15 years after she divorced her former backup dancer and father of her kids, Kevin Federline. They called it quits in 2007.
Britney and Kevin share two sons, 16-year-old Jayden and 17-year-old Sean Preston, and as of date, Britney has a strained relationship with her sons.
Just the previous week, Sam was praising his wife’s acting abilities while being reproachful of her now-terminated conservatorship. This was during his interview with TMZ last March 23, where he was asked if he would like to act alongside Britney in a romantic-comedy film.
Sam answered, “I hope so, I hope so, I think she’s a great actress, and I hope one day, that’ll be a dream come true.” He also hinted that he might be the one to create the perfect script for his wife.
Britney sparked concerns this year about her mental health when, once, she suffered a meltdown while she and her husband were dining in Woodland Hills. Her explosive posts on social media have also caused worry among friends and followers.
