Kendal Jenner and Devin Booker have called it quits. Multiple sources have confirmed that the pair quietly broke up last month.
The couple were rumored to be dating since 2020, as TMZ Sports reported that the couple had spent a lot of time quarantining together. But they did not become Instagram official until Valentine’s Day 2021. At that time, a source had revealed that it started off as a fun hookup but later transformed into a relationship.
The reason behind the split is the couple’s busy professional lives and incompatible schedules. An insider told E!News, “Their schedules weren’t lining up, and eventually the relationship really took its course.”
Another source close to the couple told People Magazine that both have very busy careers and have decided to prioritize that.
Considering that Kendall is busy with her 818 Tequila line and has been trotting around the world thanks to her booming modeling career, and Booker is in the heart of his 8th NBA season, the misalignment of their schedules is understandable.
One insider told People Magazine, “They have a lot of love and respect for each other and wish only the best.” According to the source, the decision was mutual, and the couple intends to stay in touch.
A source close to Kendal told E!News, “There’s no bad blood. It wasn’t an awful breakup.” Apparently, as they have broken up on good terms, Kendall is not taking things too hard. The source further added, “Kendall is in great spirits since the split, she’s been really busy and is trying to take her company to the next level, and is really focused on work.”
The source further added that Kendall is not looking for love in the near future, saying “She’s not really open to dating right now.”
The couple had briefly broken up in June this year. Back then, the couple had returned from Italy, where they went to attend Kendal’s big sister Kourtney Kardashian’s wedding with Travis Barker.
A source told E!News that the couple had a great time in Italy, but after returning, they started feeling like they weren’t aligned and that they had very different lifestyles. However, the insider had also hinted at a possible reconciliation, adding, “Both hope to make it work, but as of now, they are split.”
However, after a few weeks, Kendall confirmed that they were back on. The model was seen wearing a T-shirt illustrating Booker’s NBA Team. Sometime later, the couple was also seen displaying PDA on social media at the US Open.
Throughout their relationship, the couple has been very particular about keeping things out of the spotlight. They occasionally shared stories on social media accounts and were often spotted on dates. However, they restrained themselves from speaking publicly about their relationship.
Considering they are both beautiful and successful, it will not be hard for them to find the right person.
