Teen Wolf is Coming Back as a Movie
When MTV’s Teen Wolf ended in 2017, there were still many questions left unanswered. With a revival movie coming soon, there is a chance that a more final conclusion can be found for the series.
It has been revealed that the character Allison has returned from the dead, which has only added on more questions for many fans. The trailer seemed to be confusing for many since fans are trying to understand the exact purpose of this revival movie.
Many of the original characters from the series will be returning for the movie. Tyler Posey, Colton Haynes, Tyler Hoechlin, Crystal Reed, and JR Bourne are all going to be returning. There will also be many other supporting actors coming back for this reunion, which will only make the movie feel as though viewers are picking up exactly where they left off.
Notably, Dylan O’Brien, who played Stiles, decided not to come back for this revival, stating that he felt as though his time in the series is over, and it wouldn’t feel right to bring up the character again.
The movie will focus on lead protagonist Scott McCall, played by Tyler Posey, who is now an adult. It follows the events that happened after Scott and his friends saved their town in the series finale.
The supernatural creature population is now at its highest in the town, and there are new threats lurking. Scott, who is still an alpha, must work with other creatures to try and keep everyone safe. He will have to make new allies, and learn the hard way that not everyone can be trusted.
They filmed this movie throughout the spring of 2022, but an official release date has yet to be announced. The movie will only be available on Paramount+ when it is released. In order to catch up and refresh your memory, you can watch the entire Teen Wolf series on Paramount+ as well.
