And The Wedding Preparations Are Back! Megan Fox Is Back, Planning Her Wedding With Machine Gun Kelly!
Megan Fox and her beau, Machine Gun Kelly, are back together and are resuming their wedding plans as their initial goal of becoming Mr. and Mrs. is back on, based on the report in US Weekly.
An insider of the media outlet revealed, “They’re on the right track again. They’ve had so much success in therapy together. As they start to trust each other, they’ve been talking about getting married again.”
This progress comes after the two briefly separated in March, and because of this, the wedding plans were also paused so Megan and her 33-year-old pop punk rapper beau could try to work things out.
And the 37-year-old Transformers star and the rapper, who was born Colson Baker, are doing much better now. During the brief breakup, a friend of the couple admitted that their relationship was pretty volatile. Although they have decided to be apart for now, the two are still constantly communicating through text.
Before this announcement, many doubted if the couple could patch things up, set their differences aside, and make their relationship work, which was definitely on the rocks, and that the two needed a significant breakthrough to make it work.
During their time apart, it was revealed that Meghan was unsure where things stood between her and Colson and that everything appeared to be complicated for her to handle. But according to US Weekly, the two were willing to work on their relationship because their love for each other was the real deal.
Apparently, the source of the fight between the couple was due to February’s Super Bowl weekend. And the original plan was for Megan to watch Machine Gun Kelly’s performance at the Sports Illustrated Party. Still, because of the fight, she canceled and reportedly flew out that Saturday evening.
Despite the fallout, friends of the couple were not convinced that it was over for the couple, with some sharing with People that the two were not completely done yet and that Megan and Colson were just not ready to call it quits.
Megan also thought for a while that her beau was cheating but slowly backtracked. Although she did, at one time, post something indirectly associated with infidelity, she regretted it after some time. This was because she was overcome with her emotions then and should not have made everything public without sorting it out first with Colson.
Sophie Lloyd, Machine Gun Kelly’s guitarist, was also dragged into the cheating issue, but Megan, to everyone’s surprise, came to her defense. Meghan commented on Sophie’s post, “How me making a joke to absolve this girl of a hurtful accusation somehow turned into a confirmation of it – I will never understand. Why are people so…so dumb.”
She continued by calling Sophie an insanely talented person and, at the same time, used the situation to officially welcome her to Hollywood. She said that what happened was her being baptized by the flames of fame.
Then, by the end of February, based on the reports on Page Six, Meghan and Colson started attending daily couples therapy through Zoom. This move was mainly Megan’s idea; she shared that they wanted to give therapy a shot first before deciding on something permanent.
Recall that it was back in January 2022 that the power couple announced their engagement.
