Instead, they took a chance, and, to their joy and amazement, Kourtney became pregnant naturally. In the same interview, Kourtney reflects on a critical moment during her pregnancy: an urgent fetal surgery she underwent in September. She expressed her shock at discovering that insurance typically covers only two ultrasounds during pregnancy, a fact she was previously unaware of. “It was terrifying. And I learned that insurance typically only covers two ultrasounds when you’re pregnant, I had no idea. I’ve always been lucky enough to do more than what insurance covers, and it’s one of those ultrasounds that saved my baby’s life,” she stated.
Kourtney and Travis are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child together, adding another chapter to their blended family. Kourtney is already a mother to three children, 11-year-old Penelope, 8-year-old Reign, and 13-year-old Mason, whom she shares with her former partner, Scott Disick.
