Baby On The Way: Lindsay Lohan Expecting First Child With Financier Husband Bader Shammas
Lindsay Lohan is going to have a cute little human on her hands soon. The 36-year-old announced on her Instagram page on Tuesday that she is pregnant.
The baby will be her first with her husband, Bader Shammas. The Instagram post included a photo of a little white onesie with the inscription, “coming soon.”
As the caption, she wrote, “We are blessed and excited!”
A spokesperson for Lindsay and Bader told PEOPLE last year that the couple got married in early July last year after the Parent Trap star announced in November 2021 via Instagram that they’d been engaged.
Back then, she had posted a slideshow of four photos that showed her and her then-fiancé loved up together. The photo also showed off her ring as she placed her hands on her cheeks.
“My love. My life. My family. My future,” she captioned.
While the post was made on November 28 that year, the actress added a series of numbers that indicated they got engaged on November 11.
Before the source revealed the two were officially married, Lindsay had referred to Bader as her husband in a post that had a photo of the two of them.
“I am the luckiest woman in the world. Not because I need a man, but because he found me and knew that I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time,” she wrote.
“I am stunned that this is my husband. My life and my everything. every woman should feel like this everyday,” she added, concluding with a love and praying hands emoji.
Lindsay has never hesitated to post a picture of her husband with loving captions, both at random times or during celebrations. On his birthday last year, she sent him happy birthday wishes with a picture of the two of them smiling.
In her usual manner, she wrote, “My love! You’re not only a great man, an incredible person, you’re my best friend. Thank you for you loving me back babe! I Love You So much!”
She then wished him a happy birthday, complete with a cake emoji, praying hands emoji, and love emojis.
Lindsay and Bader’s relationship first came to light in 2020 when she shared a now-deleted group photo taken at a music festival in Dubai. “lovely night with sister and my boyfriend bader. such a magical night,” she had written, to the excitement of her fans.
