Diane Kruger Shares Heartwarming Tooth Fairy Request From Daughter Nova
Diane Kruger’s 5-year-old daughter, Nova, had an unusual and adorable request for the Tooth Fairy, and it’s melting hearts everywhere. The Inglourious Basterds star, 48, posted Nova’s handwritten note on Instagram on December 10, after the little girl lost a baby tooth.
The note, written on a piece of paper decorated with cheerful drawings, read:
“Dear Mouse, I would really like to keep my tooth for my dad for Christmas. Please, please, please would you let me keep my tooth. Love, Nova.”
Next to the heartfelt message was a small heart-shaped box containing the tiny tooth, surrounded by yellow stars and a blue smiley face. Diane’s caption summed up the tender moment: “Be still my aching heart.”
Norman Reedus, 55, Nova’s dad and Diane’s fiancé, reacted to the post with a flurry of heart emojis: “❤️❤️❤️😍❤️😍❤️😍😍❤️❤️.”
This sweet moment is just one of many glimpses Diane and Norman have shared of their family life with Nova, though they remain careful to keep her face hidden on social media.
In August, Diane posted a snapshot of Norman and Nova enjoying some father-daughter bonding time outdoors. The photo showed Nova sitting in front of her dad against a lush, green backdrop, her hand resting gently on his neck. Her blonde hair obscured Norman’s face, with only his hat and brown locks visible.
Earlier this year, the family embarked on an exciting trip to Tokyo during spring break. Diane shared a carousel of moments from the trip, highlighting their visit to the famous @teamlab exhibit, which she described as “out of this world.”
However, not all of their adventures earned rave reviews, as Diane didn’t hold back when talking about their visit to Tokyo Disneyland, calling it a “definite NO” in her caption.
Among the photos was a humorous snap of Norman giving a thumbs-up while pushing a stroller, likely carrying Nova, who remained hidden under a coat for privacy. In another image, Buzz Lightyear could be seen speaking Japanese, adding to the fun memories of their trip.
For Diane and Norman, Nova’s note to the Tooth Fairy captures the joy of parenting and the simple yet meaningful ways their daughter lights up their lives. Her request, made with so much care and thoughtfulness, is sure to become a cherished family memory.
