Supermodel Naomi Campbell Welcomes Her Second Child, A Baby Boy Who She Plans To Raise Alone
In very surprising news, 53-year-old Naomi Campbell revealed that she had welcomed a baby boy. The British supermodel shared the good news on her social media account after she welcomed her second child.
In her post, the supermodel stated, “It’s never too late to become a mother.”
It was not entirely a massive surprise because family, close friends, and the supermodel’s work associates are aware of Naomi’s new bundle of joy. The baby was born last Saturday, and it is believed that Naomi will bring up the child on her own like she now raises her firstborn, a two-year-old daughter.
A close friend of Naomi described Naomi as a powerful woman and said that having these kids was always what she wanted. The same source commented on how happy Naomi is right now.
Additionally, Naomi is excited to give her daughter a baby brother and looks forward to the years ahead with her children like any parent.
Naomi, the first black fashion model to grace the covers of French Vogue and British Vogue, as well as Time, shared the news by uploading a picture of her cradling her new baby while her daughter tenderly held the baby’s hands.
The face of the baby is still a surprise because the child was facing away from the camera, but for sure, he was wearing something fashionable and expensive, a £275 Dolce & Gabbana ivory baby grow set.
The NARS cosmetics model wrote in her post, “My little darling, know that you are cherished beyond measure and surrounded by love from the moment you graced us with your presence.”
She added, “A True Gift from God, blessed! Welcome, Baby boy.
This announcement was unexpected, similar to how she welcomed her daughter in May 2021. Many fans and fellow models were shocked by her pregnancy news that came out after she had just walked the Michael Kors runway without visible traces of pregnancy.
Since then, news about her daughter being pregnant surfaced, but the model refuted these allegations and insisted that her baby girl was not adopted. This prompted her to show her child’s face for the first time.
The model did not, however, share information on the method that she used to welcome her daughter, but it can be recalled that around four years ago, Naomi expressed appreciation to science for allowing her to start a family of her own whenever she wanted to. This statement had everyone leaning toward the likelihood that the model used a surrogate.
Until now, the baby girl’s name has not yet been revealed. A while ago, Naomi wrote, “A beautiful little blessing has chosen me to be her mother. So honored to have this gentle soul in my life. There are no words to describe the lifelong bond that I now share with you, my angel. There is no greater love.”
The last time Naomi was in a relationship was in 2018 with Skepta, but the following year, she had a short-lived fling with One Direction’s Liam Payne. Her other previous and high-profile relationships were with Robert De Niro, Diddy, Mike Tyson, and Vladislav Doronin, a Russian billionaire.
