Tom Brady And Model Irina Shayk Insist On Only Having A Platonic Relationship
Recent reports indicated that model Irina Shayk was allegedly throwing herself at Tom Brady, supermodel Gisele Bündchen’s ex-husband. It surfaced last week that Irina had glued herself to Tom’s side, and wherever the quarterback went, she also went.
But now, news of a possible relationship has been diffused because the two only share a platonic relationship and nothing else.
Irina, a former Victoria’s Secret model like Gisele and the NFL legend, recently posted a back-to-back picture with Tom’s eldest son. They were both in attendance during the wedding of Madison Headrick to Joe Nahmad last weekend. The wedding showcased an A-list guest list with the beauty of Sardinia, Italy, as the backdrop.
Aside from 45-year-old Tom and 37-year-old Irina, other guests in attendance at the billionaire art heir’s wedding included Leonardo DiCaprio, tennis star sisters Venus and Serena Williams, and millionaire David Grutman.
It was reported that upon spotting Tom at the wedding, Irina made a beeline for the newly single quarterback, and she was determined not to let the man out of her sight. This was based on the report released by the publication Page Six.
An insider revealed that Irina was following Tom wherever he went during the weekend, and there were instances where the model threw herself at the former New England Patriots quarterback.
It was also shared that Tom disclosed to one of his friends that he was uninterested.
This rejection from the seven-time Super Bowl champion comes after Tom’s divorce from 42-year-old Gisele, his wife of 13 years, was finally made official.
Recall that while there were rumors that Tom and Gisele were having marital problems, they didn’t disclose news of their divorce until October last year. What’s more shocking was how fast the process was; after the couple’s announcement, it was revealed that the divorce had also been finalized.
During that time, Brady said, “We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together. We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way.”
Tom also assured at the time that he and Gisele only wanted the best for one another as they separately pursued the following chapters of their lives that were yet to be explored.
Tom and Gisele have two children together—Vivian and Benjamin. The quarterback also has another son, Jack, who he shares with his previous partner, Bridget Moynahan.
On the other hand, Irina also has Lea, her 6-year-old daughter, with 48-year-old Bradley Cooper. The model and the Hangover actor started their relationship in 2015 and welcomed their child in 2017. Unfortunately, they called it quits after two years and went their separate ways.
During one of Irina’s interviews with Elle, she shared her insights about raising Lea with Bradley despite no longer being in a relationship. The model candidly admitted that she didn’t understand the idea of co-parenting because when she is with Lea, she is thoroughly a mother, and Bradley is also simply a father when he is with their daughter. For her, co-parenting, in the simplest term, is parenting.
